Sometimes you get lucky! I contacted Jonathan to schedule a tour of a house he listed and ended up with a fantastic realtor and a new friend. He’s all the things I look for when working with someone. Honest, intelligent, experienced, responsive, personable, no BS, and an overall genuine and good person. Jonathan made time even when traveling to a conference, to respond to questions promptly. He also helped me coordinate work outside the scope of his realtor duties, which was a massive relief and help in a challenging stretch of time for me. In a crowded field, he’s a standout.

He is one amazing person! I had to move to Charlotte Within 30 days from out of state and did not have time to make a trip to see the listings myself. Dom did a great job of sending me listings in multiple areas and we whittled it down to a few. He even found some last minute places as well and was able to get showings same day, within hours. He did a live walk through and then provided a ton of photos and videos as well, provided his feedback about the surrounding area, neighbors, parking and commute. He really knows the areas well. As with most Homeowners, I was hit with a massive 40+% Revaluation of my property taxes. As inflated as it was, it is still hard to challenge the Tax Man. I contacted him on mine and he quickly responded with a complete Neighborhood analysis and the fair market value of my home. I used this evaluation in my Appeal and, frankly, it was my strongest argument. I received a call from the Union County Tax Assessor’s Office today and they cut my new assessment increase in half, saving me a lot on my Tax Bill at the end of this year, and over the next 4 years.
